   Do you know where you exist in life?  Do you know how your life truly expands? We exist in our “I AM” which is expanded upon by what I term our Ring Of Life®. Through my studies of wanting to find out where we all exist, I developed my I Am Method based on a biological theorem and science. From there it led me to develop the Ring Of Life®.  This is the place where "choosing" allows us to truly expand and grow. I want to give you a reference point of where you exist in life, and we all exist within our “I AM”. Within this Ring Of Life, we create and work to fulfill our existence and build our “I AM”. Within the Ring Of Life is where our life happens.  Our ring is not solid but broken out into flexible units that can expand through choosing to be whomever we want to be.  It is "change" that keeps us confined within a defined space, and never truly expanding, only attempting to manipulate our lives. Our rings will forever grow if we just allow them to. We all have to understand not to hold back but to allow life to expand naturally and vibrantly.
